I have a Golf V GTI with a 2.0 engine. BWA, is it normal for pressure to escape from the crankcase ventilation system after the engine is turned off?

For your information, this is what a faulty crankcase ventilation system sounds like. With the new valve installed, the whistling noise is gone. A6 AFB A6 BRE DPF Translated on 03-07-2026, 15:19.
