Oil Change Reset Log: Unclear Instructions

Hello!

I changed the oil in my A3 and saved the LOG data before and after resetting the service interval indicator. The descriptions don't quite make sense to me. Is this a bug, or am I mistaken?
The result of the reset, on the other hand, has always been satisfactory so far.

What I find illogical is the description of "Kanal"...

40, 41, 42, 43, 44: One inspection, one service. And suddenly, an oil change on channel 50?! In my opinion, everything should be labeled as "oil change."

Especially since, according to the current definition, channels 40 and 53 would be showing the same content...

Current Audi models distinguish between three types of service appointments:

- Time-dependent tasks (e.g., inspections, mandatory technical safety checks, vehicle registration tests).
- Maintenance items based on mileage (e.g., inspection, timing belt, air filter...).
and
- Oil change (calculated based on usage).

Each of these events can cause the service indicator light to illuminate.

Yes, I understand that. But I only reset a flexible oil change service. And with that, shouldn't only the channels related to the oil be reset? And wouldn't the description for those channels then actually be the same?

40 and 41 refer to the last reset operation.

The rest has remained intact.
