Passat: Engine Stalling, Relay Problems - Fix!

Hello, I recently received a 2004 VW Passat 3BG with the AVF TDI engine. The symptom is that it suddenly stalls, and the check engine light has been on intermittently. The fuel pump relay has already been replaced.

Detected: Various relay failures including glow plug relay, turbocharger boost control valve relay, EGR valve relay, and fuel pump relays.

Deleted, test drive, found: Mass airflow sensor completely out of whack, then it shut off and wouldn't start.

"I unplugged the mass airflow sensor (MAF) connector from my old car, and it started up again! I then realized that he had also unplugged the intake manifold pressure sensor connector."

Einbau Neuteile original VW. LMM und Saugrohrdrucksensor. Running great! / Perfect!

Customer picked up the car, 3 days later: Emergency mode, no power.

I spent days searching for a problem: No errors appeared, it ran perfectly, I did 50km of test drives, but couldn't find anything wrong. (It was summer, and the car temperature inside reached 30 degrees Celsius).

Heute morgen Zündung an und gleich Fehlerlampe an. Wieder diese Relaisfehler vom Anfang. Auch keine Leistung! Approximately 25 horsepower.

Dann das Kraftstoffpumpenrelais und NR 202 für Glühkerzen gezogen. Jetzt läuft der Wagen trotz der fehlenden Relais! Die Kraftstoffpumpe läuft sauber an! AbeIt's currently in emergency mode.
