ESP Calibration: How to Adjust on AFN Engines

I've already replaced the timing belt and now I want to use VAG-COM to perform the verification and adjustment.
I'm not very familiar with the program yet.
What steps do I need to take on the PC and the pump, and what values should I expect to see on the AFN (Air Fuel Needle)?
