ASU - Turbidity Values

Hello,

I would like to know what the allowable turbidity values are for TDIs at the ASU, should they be the same for all Euro 2 diesel engines? What limits are applied there?

Come on, someone will surely have a moment to check their last ASU sheet, where the limit of €2 is specified.

The problem is as follows:

I drive a 75 horsepower TD 3er Golf (AAZ), which is still classified as Euro 1, so I can pay around €450 for the tax.

Then there is also an additional LLK (engine control unit) installed, resulting in a total power increase of approximately 100 hp.

The turbidity limit at €1 also stands at 2.0 (At least, that's what's written on my last note). Before tuning, I had 0.6.

Now I could retrofit an Oxi-Cat to comply with Euro 2 standards, but I wasn't sure if I would have to meet different values in the ASU (emission standard), since the cat would only be registered at the inspection station.

At the ASU, only the turbidity value is measured, right? That would mean I am still allowed to achieve a score of 2.0?

I would have said that then you could have also understood me. A colleague of mine has a TD, and I was curious about why the turbidity values for Euro1 and Euro2 are the same.
Result:
AT THE SITE, HOUSE NUMBERS WILL BE MEASURED!!!!!
According to a car mechanic from my motorsport club, the particulate emissions (which are checked during the inspection with the opacity test) have not changed from Euro1 to Euro2, but the NOX values... are not measured during the inspection!!!!

Thanks, Bertil, I thought it would be easier if I didn't have to go around and around the hot potato first.

So, the turbidity value is definitely the same, and it doesn't matter whether I have €1 or €2, both will be measured the same way.

Then I'll just get a Euro 2, it can't hurt, can it?
