1.6 CD TDI CAYD 75kW

Hallo Leute,

Ich habe einen Caddy mit 1.6 Liter CR TDI Motor. 420900km.

Ich habe heute aus reinem Interesse die Kalibrierwerte der Injektoren angeschaut und mir ist aufgefallen das diese laut VCDS 7 stellig sind, am Injektor sind aber nur 6 Stellen. Laut Vcds wird hinten eine Null gespeichert, ist das richtig so oder gehört die Null an den Anfang?

Laut vcds ist beim Injektor (Foto anbei): folgender Wert hinterlegt:
909DFG0



Injektoren wurden bei 380000km getauscht.

Anbei ein Foto eines Injetors.

Motor läuft relativ gut, jedoch etwas knackig.

Hallo,

gute Frage, wenn der Motor aber ok läuft und keine Auffälligkeiten bestehen, würde ich an der Injektorcodierung besser nicht herumspielen.
Eine Null würde ich, wenn überhaupt, dann an den Anfang der Codierungswurst stellen, dies aber ohne Gewähr da alle meine Motoren 2.0 TDIs sind und ich mit den 1.6 TDI Einspritzsystemen wenig Erfahrung habe.
