Lmm -> Same VAG but 2 different Bosch part numbers. Why

Dear Screw Community,

The LMM for MKB ALH has the VW part number 06A 906 461.

However, there are 2 Bosch numbers for this: 0280 217 121 or 0280 217 122.

The last number is therefore different. Does this indicate further development, or what else does it mean?
VW sells both vehicles with the same VAG number.

Who knows better??
