Hello everyone,

The topic has definitely been discussed many times before.
I need your help. I've tried using information from other posts as much as possible, but unfortunately without success so far.

I have a Volkswagen Passat 3BG Variant 1.9 TDI PD AVB, manufactured in 2002.

My problem with the engine is that it doesn't start well, whether it's hot or cold.
When it's cold, it starts a little better. However, once it's running and still slightly warm, it starts almost instantly after being turned off. But if it reaches operating temperature after a longer ride, it becomes almost impossible to restart.

The following items have already been exchanged:
Reciprocating pump.
In-tank fuel pump.
Diesel filters.
Knuckle sensor.
Crankshaft sensor.
Mass airflow sensor.
Vacuum hoses.
Coolant temperature sensor.
Fuel temperature sensor.
AGR has been completely removed and deactivated.
The fuel tank was completely cleaned during the replacement of the in-tank pump.

I'm starting to get desperate. I've already swapped all the relays, which is fortunate because we have two identical vehicles in the family.

The error memory is also completely 'CLEAN'.

I also checked the timing: it's currently at -1.2 degrees.
All the PD elements are within tolerance.
I don't have any diesel in the oil.

When it's on, it runs smoothly and there are no fluctuations in speed.

I've attached a video in the attachment that I recorded after a longer drive.
