How do you copy the phone's storage to the RNS-E or the Bluetooth control unit so that it works with voice control?
The phone is an iPhone SE!
RNS-E is a size 192!

There's no copying involved. It's essentially a separate phonebook that you have to manually fill in verbally. Also, the number of storage slots is very limited. You can find out the commands by asking the voice control for help while on the phone.

I THINK that was something like "save names" or similar.

Unfortunately, it's a bit complicated with the RNS-e system, but that's just because it's an older system.

I just tried it out. You need to go to the address book (using the "Name" button) on the 192 device and create a new entry. Then, use the voice command "save name" and speak the name you want to save.
