3.0 TDI V6 VW Phaeton Engine Code CARA

Slowly but surely, my suffering is coming to an end. It's about my Phaeton; the hard drive failed.
I replaced the high-pressure pump (used one), flushed and cleaned everything thoroughly. I had the injectors refurbished, and programmed all the new IMA codes using VCDS.

During assembly, a connector on the leak line broke off, so I bought a new leak line (unused) on eBay.

After that, I went on the first test drive and discovered that I was experiencing intermittent power loss, mostly during strong acceleration or under heavy load.
From that point on, the problems started. At first, I thought it might be the used hard drive, so I bought a new one. Unfortunately, that didn't fix the issue, and to make matters worse, the computer had a very unpleasant warm-start behavior (it took a long time to boot up).

I thought it might be the injectors, so I ordered and installed a second set, but unfortunately, they behaved the same way as the original ones.

It took a long time, and after several tests, I finally found the "new" leak.
The power loss issue is gone, but the cold start behavior is still a problem.

What I notice is:
In the "warm" log, the starter motor speed is very low, the high-pressure regulation in idle is unstable, and cylinder 5 shows a significant lack of power.
The log "test new" is less informative. Cylinder 5 appears to be weak again. Without a comparison of desired versus actual values, it's difficult to say anything about the high-pressure regulation under sustained load.
I would first focus on getting the initial speed/RPM under control; it should be significantly higher (battery?). Then, I would check (without replacing anything) especially the rail pressure.
Does the error memory indicate anything? / Is there any information in the error log?

The error memory doesn't show anything.

The car starts well when it's cold, but it still stutters and misfires even when it's warm.
When it's warm, it starts poorly, like in the log.
