Hello everyone!
Problems upon problems... I unfortunately have to post again

.
I had the timing belt replaced on my Audi 80 1Z 3000 km ago. However, yesterday I noticed that the timing belt already shows signs of wear

. The surface (smooth side) is rough, and the lettering is barely legible. Furthermore, the timing belt is not centered and is rubbing against the edge of the tensioner pulley. In contrast, it was perfectly centered before, and the lettering is still readable on the old timing belt.
I then placed a ruler along the top and bottom edges of the front and rear wheels. They're not exactly parallel, but hopefully the slight difference will be acceptable. In any case, the top cover is screwed on correctly.
Unfortunately, I mistakenly installed a replica tensioner and idler pulley. (I won't do that again). At least the tensioner is from the same manufacturer as the original, even though it doesn't have a part number.
Could it be related to the timing belt?
I'm planning to get a new one from Continental.
Has anyone else experienced the same problem?
Greetings, Wolfi.
