Cruise Control for VW Passat

I think it might be possible to replace the currently available aftermarket upgrades with a simple button. I would like to try this, but I'm missing the wiring diagram. Does anyone know which contacts on the activation button on the turn signal lever are connected?

Hello Edgar,

Depending on the vehicle, the switches may be slightly different.
It's best to obtain a wiring diagram for the engine control unit and the corresponding repair manual for your specific vehicle.
You can then use a diagnostic device to test which pins lead to the desired bit combination.
If you permanently disable the GRA (Graphics Processing Accelerator) and only place the "Set" button somewhere as a physical button, I think that's a good and cost-effective solution.
