I have ordered from Delticom (also known as Motoröl Direkt) before. The process was excellent, quite fast (around 1 week), and delivery was by parcel service. They also offer a used oil return program. However, since the oil wasn't for me, I didn't need to use the used oil return option.
If you use BP Oil LongLife II, you likely won't have any problems.

I tested it in the same way. I ordered on Sunday and paid with Visa. The oil arrived via parcel service on Tuesday. I also didn't use the used oil return option.

I chose the store brand without the 'longlife' option, and I'm satisfied with it, although it's hard to say for sure after only 2500 km.
