DHK Conversion: Who Converts to .215 Nozzles?

Hello everyone,

In the US, there are companies that convert DHK systems to use .215 nozzles.

See eBay listing: 2454178065. Is anyone interested in having it modified there?

Warum gibts das bei uns nicht ? Or maybe?
It's not right that we should only be reliant on the expensive Bosch service!

Has anyone ever found anything?

Hold on tight: Even the Bosch service doesn't do replacements. I inquired about it and received a very surprising answer. Directly from Bosch, you can only get brand new injectors at exorbitant prices. Remanufactured injectors are only available through the spare parts trade at VAG. The injectors are probably refurbished by Bosch, but as mentioned, they are only available through VAG. There's another restriction there: You can only get replacement parts with exactly the same part number, so you can't exchange an 184 for a remanufactured 205 .

If your statement refers to the 205 nozzles, then I want to say that I didn't mean anything by it, because I don't know about that.

I also tried to get replacement nozzles from Bosch (part number 1Z), but apparently they are no longer available (although they could still give me the price). It wasn't a problem getting them from VAG, and the price was the same as at Bosch.
By the way, it probably depends entirely on the retailer whether you have to return the exact same nozzles. I was only supposed to bring mine by "by chance." They didn't even look inside the bag; a dead cat could have been in there.
