WFS in the combination instrument -> address e17??

Hello,

After my Golf 3 was gone, we only had TDIs in the family, all with the WFS integrated into the instrument cluster (a Polo 04 and an Ibiza 01).

When I try to open the WFS using the button in VAGCOM, I get a message.
"Please select address option 17."

17 is likely the AI (which makes sense), but VAGCOM only accepts 2 characters in the field for direct numerical input, so you can't enter anything like "e17".

So, how do I get into the WFS?

Hello Ulf, if you select cluster or address word 17, you will automatically also be activating the immobilizer.

17 is the combination instrument.
But I can't find anything there that looks even remotely similar to what I had with the Golf 3 at address 25 (like authorized start attempts, etc.).

Or how do I have to navigate the AI to get to the WFS section?

Besides adjusting the key and modifying the anti-theft system on the MSG, there probably isn't much else you can do.
