Looking for instructions on how to replace the camshaft on an AFB engine

Does anyone perhaps have a guide for replacing the camshafts/lifters (I'm just saying, AFB with 125,000 km )?

Why don't you go to Audi? They will definitely provide you with a repair manual.
Just politely ask and give a 2-euro tip, and you'll definitely get something again next time.

I'm just saying: we're not allowed to / we can't (meaning I don't want to) , even though the parts are even from there.

I work at an Audi center, and we would likely be able to offer you something like that. However, I'm not sure what the legal implications are.
I don't have the Elsa program at home.
Why don't you check out another company and talk to a service manager?
Just tell him to buy the spare parts there, then the company's revenue will be back on track.

Hello, what documents do you need? Due to valve timing or tightening torques?
