Intercooler for A3 with AGR: Will it fit?

Hello

I've been reading in this forum for months now... and I have to say, it's been a great help to me.

But now I haven't found an answer... I need a new intercooler after a minor accident... and I just received an offer from someone who says it's compatible with the AFN engine code.

My question is whether it will also fit in my A3 (AGR) model.

Thank you very much.

Andreas.

So wie ich das sehe, hat es den A3 nie mit AFN-Motor gegeben... Aus welchem Fahrzeug soll der LLK denn stammen? Part number?

Private.

Unfortunately, I don't have the part number available... but I found in a cross-reference list that the AFN engine was used in the A6.

I don't think that will work.

Can I use an intercooler from a gasoline engine? Would the one from an A3 fit?

Thank you very much.

Andreas.
