What do you think about these injection amounts in the chipped Leon ALH? If I remember correctly, 51 mg/H is the absolute maximum, or am I mistaken? The boost pressure is 1.3 bar. It would be great if you could also post some logs!
rpm -- mg/H is -- l/h -- mg/H accelerator pedal.

Hi,
VAG-Com logs are not very informative when dealing with an ECU that has been chipped.
Depending on the tuner, it may have also had a significant impact on the pump voltage.
Without knowing the extent to which the reading was elevated and without knowing the relationship between the pump pressure and the reading, the value of 51mg is completely useless.
Greetings.

Hi Thomas,
I was actually just trying to figure out how far the chip pushes the engine's performance limits. But I don't think VAG-Com can really provide that information, right? The log is just a byproduct of a DZR measurement, which resulted in a time of 6.8 seconds at 22.5 degrees Celsius and a weight of 1480 kg (130 hp / 300 Nm in the ALH engine).

Hi,
What do you mean by "performance reserves"?
Do you know if your chip is socketed or if it was resoldered?
130 horsepower and 300 Nm of torque are not uncommon for an ALH engine. However, I would still...
I recommend using larger injectors instead of excessively long injection times if you want more power/torque.
With the VAG-Com logs, you can no longer determine anything about the fuel injection quantity.
At 1.3 bar, you still have plenty of excess air. Therefore, no problems should occur. Do you see any soot?
Greetings.

'I still have the original chip installed, which was flashed via OBD. I initially went to a well-known tuner (three letters), who only put a sticker on the chip but didn't remove it. I saw this when I went to a second tuner, and I told him to take a look at the software and try to optimize it. And indeed, it turned out that the first tuner had programmed something completely wrong. While the boost pressure was increased, the boost pressure limit was still in place. The result was that I only had the stock boost pressure.'
No, there is absolutely no soot visible. Even if you drive behind it and look directly at the exhaust, you only see a very small puff of smoke at the beginning of acceleration.
You say that after chip tuning, the values displayed by VAG Com are no longer reliable. Can the workshop still properly adjust the injection timing after a timing belt replacement? Do I need to inform them beforehand that a chip has been installed? I'm worried that after the timing belt replacement (in 40,000 km), the engine might lose power and the settings might be incorrect, as they will be following factory specifications.

Isn't it always like that?
Replace 'erste' with 'n-1'

Hi Rainer,
Yes.
No.
Short, but still clear statements from your side. Thank you!
