Seat Toledo 2001, ARL engine, currently at 427,000 km. Oil consumption is 1 liter per 15,000 km, which is perfect for oil changes instead of needing to be topped up. The engine has never been opened. Bought with 210,000 km, transmission oil change performed, dual-mass flywheel (ZMS) failed at 307,000 km, clutch looked good despite a lot of towing. icon_eek.gif
At 320,000 km, the turbo shaft developed an oil leak on the exhaust side. At 400,000 km, the transmission oil was changed. Two power windows were replaced (one on each side). The front wheel bearings were replaced at 340,000 km, while the rear wheel bearings are still original. Otherwise, there have been very few defects despite the extremely high mileage of 427,000 km.

ASZ TDI engine in a new Seat Ibiza purchased in 2002, now with 250,000 km on the odometer.
So far, I've proactively replaced the clutch and water pump.
In 2009, the open particulate filter was available for obtaining the green environmental badge.

Post21-10-2020, 23:06    Subject: TDI miles driven WITH tuning Quote

Hello,

In 2000, I converted a 1991 T4 AAC gasoline engine (84 hp) to a TDI engine with an ACV motor from 1999.
The engine control unit was immediately tuned by *** to 131 horsepower after the vehicle's registration.

A few years ago, I sold it with approximately 300,000 kilometers on the engine. It was driven a lot more after that, and now it has significantly more mileage on the odometer. This year, it had TÜV (German technical inspection) problems due to rust. It went through.

This T4 was really craving acceleration; in other words, it was driven hard and not treated gently. And my family loved him.

Best regards! A T4 enthusiast.

AKN 2.5 110kW
In the A6.
Without tuning.
It probably goes without saying that you need a valve cover gasket.
Otherwise, upper oil pan gasket.
3 x timing belt.
Currently 390,667 km.

Audi 80 Avant TDI 1Z with 90 horsepower, mileage 534,000 km, sold without any major repairs (only regular maintenance, brakes, shock absorbers, wheel bearings, one driveshaft, and one starter motor), because I simply couldn't stand looking at it anymore. Today, I would like to have it back; I've never driven a better car.

Audi A4 B7 2.0 TDI 8v, manufactured in 2006, with approximately 80,000 km (original mileage), and capable of reaching up to 280,000 km with a power output of 132 kW, all without any issues.
At 280,000 km, the unpleasant surprise: the camshaft, turbocharger, cylinder head, and injector seats were all worn out.
Let's start fresh and see where it takes us.

Audi 80 B4, manufactured in 1994.
20,000 to 350,000 km, family-owned.
Engine, turbocharger, drivetrain, etc., all still original.
Back then, when I was 15 years old, I sold it because I wanted something new. Too bad I sold it.

Audi A4 B7, year of manufacture 2006, 2.0 TDI engine, with software modification.
Sold after 140,000 to 225,000 kilometers due to various problems that arose after 7 years of use.
The turbo was replaced by the previous owner at 110,000 km. DPF cleaned at 180,000 km.

Currently:
Audi A4 B8, 2009, 2.0 TDI, standard version.
70,000 to 192,000 km (approximately)
Turbo, engine, and DPF are all currently fine.

Post13-07-2022, 18:33    Subject: Audi A6 1996, AEL, 140hp, mostly stock. Quote

Hello everyone,

My good old A6 C4 with the AEL engine was mostly un-tuned.
I had a programmable chip installed for a few thousand kilometers, but it was quite scary...
Okay, let's get rid of it again...
I bought it from M. Boers once.
Not usable... Pure exploitation!!!!

I bought the car in October 2000 with 124,000 kilometers on the odometer.
It was a vehicle that was originally owned by Audi and came directly from their fleet.
EZ is mid-1996.

It's a 6-speed manual transmission car, equipped with automatic climate control, heated seats, cruise control, leather upholstery with memory function (front seats), and a detachable tow hitch. It's an S6 model.

Since I have only driven long distances (approximately 60 km twice daily, mostly on highways and with a very calm driving style, and fortunately also with a defective AGR icon_smile.gif), he also doesn't have any soot problems.
(Thanks to this forum!)

Currently, it has 607,000 kilometers on the odometer and is parked under my carport.
After purchasing it in 2000, of course I replaced the timing belt.
Oil and stuff like that... Logo...

I completely overhauled the ESP (VP37), and I had to revise the STH multiple times because it was running frequently during the winter.

Now, it had been standing in a hall for roughly 6 or 7 years.
Unfortunately, I had to move out of there recently due to personal reasons.
Now it's parked under my carport, and I'm preparing it for the technical inspection.
There's not much to do, but it needs to be done...
(Headlights and ABS sensors... Feddich)
He is scheduled to return to the streets in August.

Now, finally, to the topic...
A6 C4 1996,
AEL TDI with 140 horsepower, manual transmission.
no tuning,

607,000 honest!!! KM

Skoda Fabia TDI (6Y), year 2001, original 100 hp (ATD), 1. Mileage: 7,500 km, and already then...
purchased a built prototype of the Steinbauer P-Box (allegedly with 130 horsepower).
The torque was immense back then, especially on the 5th of the month. Go in during the day and go out again in the evening!

Currently has over 360,000 km on the odometer, with original [parts/components]. Engine, turbocharger, and transmission!

Defects to be remembered:

1x Mass Air Flow Sensor.
3x power window.
1x Comfort Control Unit.
1x electric. Power steering pump.
x Tie rods
Both front wheel bearings.
2 chassis.

I've now reached 270,000 km without any problems.
Since I've wanted an electric car since 2012, but they are ridiculously overpriced, my Ibiza will now continue to run for another 5 years (+30,000 km) until it reaches approximately 300,000 km.
The body is rust-free and the maintenance condition is excellent (1+).
