Audi 80 (B4) Cabriolet MKZ: 1Z
From 0 to 90,000 km, standard version (66 kW).
90,000 - 240,000 km, Wetterau chip (85 kW).
everything else is original.
So far, no problems other than a slight stuttering issue, which I'm experiencing only very mildly.

240,000 km and it's still running...
Except for some minor MSW (Maximum Steering Wheel angle) jerking (in which case, I just drive over 2000), there are no problems.

Edit:
now without the MSW stuttering, with a new pump and nearly new injectors, and...

285000 km and it keeps running and running...

Hello,

Audi 100/A6 C4, 103 kW, manufactured 01/1995, 6-speed manual, 2.5 TDI AEL engine, 194,000 km, no modifications. The AGR valve has been disabled (aluminum plate plus 2 gaskets) for approximately 2000 km, and the engine pulls well without producing excessive smoke. Fuel consumption is 7.5 - 8.3 liters. Highway driving 20% / City and rural driving 80%.

Best regards, Achim.

Audi A3 81kW AHF - currently 142,000 km without a chip - fuel pump and mass airflow sensor have been replaced - previously owned a Golf2 TurboDiesel, which I sold with 289,000 km and no issues!
Best regards.
Unfortunately, I cannot translate "Wbuchi" because it doesn't appear to be a recognized word or phrase in German. It might be a typo, a name, or a term specific to a particular context that I don't have access to.

1x minor engine problem, cable break near the fuel injection pump, but still drivable.

Hello,

Sharan TDI 110HP, engine code AFN, without modifications, 374,890 km. Of that, 150,000 km were driven using biodiesel until the fuel injection pump failed.
Best, Esha.

Audi A6 Avant (C4) 9/94 2.5 TDI (103kW), engine code AEL, not tuned.
320,000 km, in my possession since 205,000 km.

80% long distance.

No major, expensive repairs, but rather a lot of 'minor' issues.

- Stand heater: combustion air blower, circulation pump, and glow plug replaced.
- Air conditioning refrigerant topped up at 110,000 km, filter replaced, and it's been working fine since then.
- Actuators for the climate control system have been serviced/repaired/overhauled.
- Antenna disconnected.
- Have the alignment adjusted, as the tie rods were stuck.
- Rear brake calipers were replaced/rebuilt at 100,000 km, brake pads are new all around and have approximately 70% remaining.
- Reverse light switch on the gearbox.
- Car phone repaired.
- both batteries replaced (yes, it has two (for the auxiliary heater) - I can jump-start it myself icon_smile.gif).
- Becker Pro navigation system installed shortly after purchase.
- Level sensor drain lines leaking... very expensive repair... 100,000 km later...
- Leveling shock absorbers rusted through - converted to standard struts.

Since the last ZR change, only problems... Shitty workshop:

- Difficulty starting the engine when the outside temperature is above 10 degrees Celsius (the injection start timing has not been adjusted!).
- Sawing idle (MSW disassembled and reassembled - error fixed)
- Serpentine belt tensioner detached, bracket broken, belt shredded.

Things are going pretty well right now. There are still 2-3 minor repairs to be done, but then it will be almost like a new car icon_wink.gif.

Tuppie.

Seat Toledo 1Z, manufactured between 1996 and 1999, sold at 118,000 km, no engine problems.
1999-2000 VW Bora, engine code AJM, converted at 35,000 km, no engine problems.
2000-2001 VW Bora, engine code AJM, stolen at 48,000 km, mass airflow sensor (MAF) defective, no other issues.
2001 Audi A4 AFN, purchased with 100,000 km, sold with 112,000 km, ZERO problems.
2001-present: Audi A4, driven from 78,000 km to the current 160,000 km, with a HUGE number of problems.

...I probably should have kept that beautiful Toledo; it was by far the most trouble-free car I've ever owned...

:-/ Stefan.

Year of manufacture: 08/1997.
Motor AEL, 103 kW.
Without modifications, 295,000 km.

After a brutal trip pulling a super-heavy trailer over 1300km round trip through Germany (almost always full throttle, almost always in 5th or 6th gear, around 80-100 km/h, fuel consumption around 11.5 l/100km), the engine is now suddenly running 'like a charm.' Maybe all the accumulated gunk has been blown out of the exhaust system. I have this feeling that the turbocharger was stuck before that trip, and now it's working properly again.

Anyway, the car now feels like it has a new engine when accelerating - WITHOUT a tune.

What you're boasting about here with your mileage figures...

My sister drives a Golf II JP with 75 horsepower and 320,000 km. It has the original injectors, the original ESP, a 0-series mass airflow sensor icon_wink.gif, the first generation turbo, and I recently checked the air filter, which I would say is the second one icon_lol.gif. The average fuel consumption is 4.8 liters. She says he still needs to hold 120T.

Hi Manuel,

Hello Manuel!

Impressive performance. I'm just surprised by the 75 horsepower. If I remember correctly, the Golf II Turbodiesel came with 60 hp (with catalytic converter), 70 hp (standard), and 80 hp (with intercooler). The 75 horsepower engine wasn't available until the Golf III.

Hello,

Yes, that could be. I didn't look too closely. I always thought he was just over 70. But it seems like what you're saying is correct. Will my AFB ever be able to do that?

T4 ACV 75 kW

"No tuning allowed up to 140,000 kilometers; then a tuning module can be used."

95000 with tuning, approximately 90 kW.

Total 235,000 km.

"No issues with the engine so far." Drive.

Seat Toledo, model year 1996, chassis code 1Z:
133,000 km, of which 36,000 km were driven by me.
I drove about 2000 km using biodiesel, but I stopped using it after learning about the potential consequences!
'Approximately 5000 miles with a deactivated AGR (automatic gearbox) and a 10-cent tuning modification.'

No engine problems whatsoever, except that the mass airflow sensor is now broken!
For that, but with the body: both sills are rusted through!! icon_cry.gif I guess I'll have to weld them.

Best regards,
Daniel
