GT1749VA: Remapping for Performance Gain

I drive a Passat 3B 1.9 TDI (AFN) and I've just installed a GT1749VA turbocharger. My question is, what software values need to be adjusted to effectively utilize the performance of this turbocharger? Does anyone have a table or chart for this?

Your tuner should be able to answer those questions, as it should have the necessary information.
