. If the adapter rotates along with it, then either the pressure line

will twist and potentially tear, or the contact surface between the line and the adapter will be damaged. I once had this problem with an injector line

-> that's why I always hold the adapter in place when loosening such lines, especially if you feel that the loosening torque is very high.
Do you have two open-end wrenches from Hazet? With enough force and leverage, the Hazet wrenches should be able to loosen the connection

. I can only recommend Hazet tools (and Gedore as well) again and again... these tools are a lifesaver, especially when dealing with connections like these

But don't worry about it... it's a rule of thumb for me that something extra always breaks when I do things like that
