Hi,
Here are the data and information.
Error memory analysis:
I have a Volkswagen Golf III TDI, manufactured in May 1995, with engine code 1Z and 195,000 km on the odometer. I do not use biodiesel.
The following errors were read:
00575 017
Intake manifold pressure.
Regulatory difference.
01117 027
Load signal for generator terminal DF.
implausible signal
00513 003
Donor for motor speed, G28.
No signal.
For all of them, there was an intermittent error.
The car exhibits the following problem: It occurs under full load, starting at 120 km/h.
im 5 Gang beschleunigt er nicht mehr. He even falls.
going uphill! And then, if I completely...
Press the accelerator and slowly increase the pressure.
Eventually, it reached 160 mph, but as soon as I floored it again...
something's falling out, it looks like a feather.
at least for now).
Based on all the reports in the forum, I thought it would be...
the air mass sensor, but I got that one from a friend.
mal geborgt der den gleichen Motor hat. The error was...
still there.
I also borrowed relay 109 from a friend who has a Golf IV TDI (100 hp). It's the same part number. It doesn't work either! I'm at a loss. When the car is stationary and only the ignition is switched on, there's a constant ticking sound coming from near the diesel filter. VW said it's not related, but maybe there is a connection?
2. But it's not really that important.
It experiences occasional, brief, and sudden interruptions approximately every 1000 kilometers.
As if he's not going to get a single spark (at all).
Spark plugs?? It certainly feels like it.
It would be great if someone could help me.
Thank you in advance.

... regarding the error "Intake manifold pressure control difference".
- it may not be possible to set the correct boost pressure for the specific load condition.
Please read the article about the VTG (Variable Turbine Geometry) adjustment. Also, make sure the vacuum hoses for the VTG adjustment are free of kinks and leaks. For testing purposes, you can swap the solenoid valves for the VTG adjustment and the one for the exhaust gas recirculation (EGR).
... for the motor speed feedback (G28).
- Loose plug, frayed cable, or cable almost completely severed?
Best regards, Rainer.

Hello,
DTC 00575
Possible causes:
- Faulty magnetic valve for turbocharger pressure limiting.
- Leaks in the boost pressure system from the turbocharger.
- Turbocharger failure.
First, check the printing system for leaks. Then, check the solenoid valve (which has been discussed frequently in this forum).
DTC 01117
Possible causes:
- Alternator failure.
- Faulty voltage regulator in the alternator.
- Service interruptions.
For intermittent errors, I would recommend carefully checking the condition of the voltage regulator and the wiring of the alternator.
DTC 00513
Possible causes:
- Sensor failure.
- Service interruptions.
Again, in cases of intermittent errors, always check the wiring first.
If the engine control unit (ECU) does not receive signals from this sensor, the engine will immediately stop.
@Rainer:
The 1Z didn't have a VTG yet. That was still the good old bypass solution . Tschüss

So, does this mean I can disregard Rainer's contribution regarding the VTG, since I don't even have one?
What's the best way to check the pressure system? Are those just the small hoses located above the engine compartment? Should I run my fingers along them? Does someone need to give it gas, because maybe some of them only start supplying air at 4000 RPM? Are there any hidden hoses?
And where can I find the solenoid valve?

... you can forget about the VTG article; you have a turbocharger with a wastegate, which is controlled by pressure, not vacuum. Thanks to Michael for the correction!
Nevertheless, you should check all the hoses that lead to the pre-combustion chamber on the loader, as well as the chamber itself.
Best regards, Rainer.

Hello,
I also had the error related to the pressure difference; in my case, it was a vacuum hose that was porous.

Hello!
Okay, here are my proposed solutions:
01117 027
Load signal for generator terminal DF.
implausible signal
When I first encountered this error in my car's computer system, I was also wondering what was going on. In this forum, I was more or less told to 'just ignore it,' similar to what happened with Volkswagen. And by the way, today at work, I saw the exact same error in an A4 with only 13,400 km (so practically new). As long as the generator light doesn't actually come on and my car starts every morning, I'm not really worried about it anymore.
00575 017
Intake manifold pressure.
Rule difference and.
When the engine is stationary and only the ignition is on, a constant ticking sound comes from near the diesel filter. VW said it's not related! Perhaps there is a connection after all??
Yes, based on my own experience, I see a very significant connection. This valve is responsible for controlling your wastegate. Having experienced this issue myself, my suspicion is that the core of the valve can break, which then causes the ticking sound, along with the incorrect boost pressure regulation.
However, it is also possible that the wastegate on your turbocharger is sticking, which prevents the electronics from being able to regulate the boost pressure.
00513 003
Motor speed sensor (G28).
no signal
Actually, it's a crucial parameter for your control unit...
That might be the reason for your occasional glitches.
Best regards,
Dominique.
