Uneven acceleration from 3000 RPM

Passat TDI, year of manufacture 1999, engine code AHU.
The engine stops accelerating consistently around 3000 RPM.
Maximum speed is reached later than expected.
No errors in memory, the inspection found nothing.

Was wäre, wenn der mass airflow sensor überprüft worden wäre? Just because there's nothing in the memory doesn't necessarily mean it's not faulty.

@Fetz,
I would borrow a working LMM (laser module) from an acquaintance/friend for testing. It's really quick to remove and replace the LMM – only about 5 minutes. If it then works, you've found the problem.
