The speed control system fails when the turn signal is activated or cannot be turned on. Cause: During the assembly of the lower steering column cover, the circuit board film on the steering stalk switch may be damaged. This can cause the following errors: The speed control system fails when the indicator light flashes. The speed control system cannot be activated. Solution: Replace the steering column switches.
