A6 C4 Airbag Light: Meaning & Troubleshooting

Hi,
I had some "strange" electrical problems on Sunday...
Zunächst ging die Innenraumbeleuchtung nicht mehr beim Starten sondern erst nach Ablauf der Zeitverzögerung aus. Nur ein wenig nervig. Dann fiel mir auf, daß die Rückfahrscheinwerfer nicht mehr tun. Also erstmal das naheliegendste getan, nämlich nach den Sicherungen geschaut und siehe da, es war auch diejenige der Rückfahrleuchten durch. Ursaunclear.
Now the reversing lights are working again, and the interior lights are also behaving as usual. However, the airbag warning light now stays on for a longer period than usual (about 20 seconds).
Is the airbag control unit also connected to that fuse, and did it "notice" the fuse failure, including the persistent error message? Or could a faulty airbag sensor have caused the fuse to blow?

Unfortunately, I don't have the SLP (Service Level Program) for your vehicle available.

Have you checked the airbag control module for error codes?

Hi,
No, the error memory hasn't been read yet; I don't have a diagnostic tool handy right now.
According to the SLP, a 'multifunction switch' (F125) is still connected in the circuit (Si 14).
Just out of curiosity: Does anyone here have any idea what this could be? It's definitely not the light switch.
