Engine Swap & Combo Instrument Upgrade

Hi,
I installed an ALH engine in my Corrado. The instrument cluster is called:
VDO 13
WSC 00046
1MO 919880R
Encoding 00144
It's from a 1999 Seat Toledo with an 81 kW engine.
Is this the WSCI (fixed code) or WSCII or WSCIII? I have different keys, W and W3, which one works?
