Good day, I'm new here.
First of all, thank you to this AMAZING forum. I've already been able to save a lot of money on DoubleMark thanks to you. icon_biggrin.gif
Audi 80 b4 1.9, 210,000 km, manufactured in November 1994 icon_confused.gif.

I'm having a problem. I have a device with the model number 1552, and I want to configure its dynamic settings, but I don't have a manual.

Can someone possibly help me? I've already searched, but I haven't found anything.

What encoding should I use?

Okay, one more thing. When replacing the timing belt, the "O" mark on the crankshaft pulley needs to be partially covered by the lower timing cover. Is that correct? (Referring to a manual transmission).

Car has rust, consumes a lot of fuel, and doesn't rev beyond 4100 RPM in 5th gear.

It struggles when loaded and on inclines, and has extremely poor acceleration.

LLK bled and purged. LMM replaced. Valve or relay for charge pressure control replaced.
Vacuum hoses replaced. Glow plugs replaced.
Nozzles replaced. Needle lift valve functioning correctly.
No errors in the control unit. Starts well.

It runs between 1700 and 2200 RPM. Turbocharger boost hoses checked and okay.

It seems like consuming almost 60 liters for a 700 km drive is too much.

Timing belt replaced. However, not adjusted.
The "O" in "OT" wasn't half-erased before the gearbox housing.

I hope that wasn't too much and in the right place icon_idea.gif. I want to avoid putting my foot in my mouth. icon_idea.gif

Thank you in advance. Sebastian.

Hi,
You can order the repair and adjustment manuals for your Audi online here.
https://erwin.audi.com/erwin/showHome.do

Coding is only required when an ECU (Engine Control Unit) is replaced. Please refer to the repair manuals for more details.
The 1Z engine with manual transmission is at Top Dead Center (TDC) when the "0" marking is aligned with the reference edge on the transmission housing.
Best regards,
Herbert.
