G4, ALH, noisy fuel pump

When the engine is turned off, a hissing sound can be heard from the turbocharger pressure valve. This sound only occurs sporadically. All vacuum hoses are new, and there are no kinks in the hoses.

The error memory is empty, and the engine is running smoothly, except for a few minor turbocharger pressure fluctuations.

Does this sound indicate that the valve will soon fail, or is it one of the noises that can be ignored?

Na gut, dann werde ich erst mal nichts weiter daran machen. Obwohl es mich wundert dass das Geräusch nur ab und zu auftaucht. Es tauchte das erste mal auf als die AGR auf der Unterdruckseite kaputt ging. Aber das dürfte damit ja eigentlich nichts zu tun haben.

hallo,

habe derzeit ebenfalls einen ALH zur Reparatur mit einem ähnlichen, aber doch etwas anderen Problem da... wollte nur keinen neuen Thread aufmachen, daher hier die Fragen...

Wirklich weiter komme ich aber nicht... Auto zieht zeitweilig erst ab 2000umin so richtig mit Biss an, und fühlt sich drunter träge an. manchmal ists vollkommen normal und er packt auch ab 1500 normal zu.

Kein Ruß, Tacho 195 wie auch früher im Neuzustand werden problemlos erreicht, keine wellige Beschleunigung.

Folgende Teile sind bereits geprüft und vor mir erneuert worden:

- alle U-Druckschläuche
- Luftmassenmesser
- AGR-Ventil


Geprüft wurde:

- VTG ist freigängig
- Keine Fehler im Fehlerspeicher
- Ladeluftstrecke komplett dicht
- Fahrzeug ist ungechippt


Macht es Sinn, ein neues N75 reinzumachen, wenn keine Fehler abgelegt werden? nach 180tkm Laufleistung kommt für mich prinzipiell ein verschlissenes N75 schon in Frage.
