Ford Galaxy: Limp Mode - Get Help Now!

Hello, my Ford Galaxy, manufactured in 1996, is running in "limp mode."

and at idle, it has 1800 RPM.

Please help.

Reading the error codes with VCDS will tell you why.

Error memory already read.

The preheating indicator light came on, but the brake lights are not working.
"And then we replaced the brake light switch, and after that, the engine went into limp mode."

Mass airflow sensor was not defective either. Please help.
or does anyone know what needs to be soldered onto the circuit board for a bridge?

Um... please explain it again, in a way that's easier to understand. And what's currently stored in the error memory.

For that, there is the 'Copy' or 'Print' button in VCDS.

I'd also like to know exactly what kind of errors it's producing. And, most importantly, which traces are you planning to solder and why???

Is the preheating light still blinking, and is the brake light switch being reported as faulty even though it's new? Is the brake light still not working?
If so, then check the wiring harness in the tailgate!

If replacing the brake light switch introduces another error, it is not properly calibrated. Please check bits 1-0 while applying the brakes; they should toggle.
