I'd also like to take the opportunity to replace my injector. How can I tell the difference between the standard 205 injectors and the 216 injectors (which are made by Bosch) when buying them, especially if I'm not buying from a specialist dealer?

You can find the parts using the Bosch/VW part numbers. The links on these pages will lead you to the Bosch online parts catalog.
Find the injectors for the 111kW 5-cylinder engine in the T4.
