Hello everyone,
He's been annoying me for months now!
Okay, let's start from the beginning.
'When I manually reset the pump to its default setting, VAG-COM shows a much too high injection timing (180-250), which should be between 45-55. When I give it some gas, it shakes violently and emits a lot of blue smoke. If I disconnect the adjustment connector, it runs smoothly and responds well to throttle. (If I'm not mistaken, it then runs with full advance injection?)'
When I adjust the injection timing using VAG-Com (channel 45-55), the engine starts with a slight hesitation and then runs. When I accelerate, the value drops to 0-10 and then increases again with more acceleration. The engine then runs very roughly because the timing is significantly advanced (the ESP pulley is shifted a minimum of 10mm from the base setting towards the advanced position).
Regardless of the conditions and settings, the performance becomes jerky every 10-20 km/h. Releasing the accelerator and then pressing it again results in the engine resuming full power. The maximum power is okay, and the top speed is correct.
3. Error memory shows sporadic faults, specifically related to the start of the regulation process (550).
Who can help me?
Thank you.
Frank.
