Hello everyone,

Today, I checked the error memory of my A6 Avant 2.5 TDI quattro (model year 2003) and found an error:

01375 - Valves for engine mounting, Level 1.
38-00 - Output not switching / KS connected to positive.

So far, I haven't noticed any decrease in performance or other related issues.
How can I fix this error, or what are the potential consequences?

These valves have nothing to do with the drivingperformance.

You are responsible for the drivingcomfort.

I'm not exactly sure how they're connected, but either they're now permanently stiff, which would cause more vibrations at idle, or they're now permanently soft, which would cause the engine to twist more in the bearings when you demand a lot of torque.

Regarding the latter option, I would inquire about what is meant by "defective condition," as prolonged softness can potentially lead to further damage over time.

I don't know what the f*ck it was.

Regarding the latter option, I would inquire about what the 'defective condition' entails, as a permanently soft state can potentially lead to further damage over time.

I would like to forward this question to the forum... Maybe someone there knows the answer. Or how can I test what the 'defective' state is?
