Engine Mount AFN for Audi A4

Here are a few questions about the motor bearings, because it's clear that the rear ones (the ones on the gearbox side) need to be replaced.

What is a good price for the engine mounts of an A4?
Is it necessary to lift the drive unit for the replacement, or can it be replaced from below if the drive unit is supported?
Is there anything else I should keep in mind?
