After I forgot to turn off the light, the ARL (Automatic Range Lighting) didn't turn on, and the battery was practically dead. Since then, the central locking only works on the driver's door. icon_eek.gif Even when pressing the key or remote control twice, only the driver's door opens. icon_confused.gif Well, let's check the error memory with VCDS - no luck.

Comfort control unit (STG) failed? All other control units (MSTG), airbag, brake control unit (STG), etc. are functioning properly and can be read without issues.

You could try disconnecting the battery completely and waiting for a while.
If it still doesn't work, please send me a private message.

Edit: The problem might be related to the bitrates being used, but it can be fixed.

Consider that the comfort control unit (STG) is likely located in the dry area behind the fuse box. Does anyone have a similar unit with the part number mentioned above?
