AHK, starting system, model 2006

Hello, dear forum community.

I have installed a tow hitch with an electrical kit from Jäger on my Passat 3C, manufactured in 2006 (not diagnosticable).
I was now looking for someone nearby who could unlock the trailer hitch in the BSG for me. Unfortunately, I don't have my own VCDS, so I had to rely on the knowledge of the assistance provided.

The problem, however, is that it seems like he has done everything that is described in the instructions. However, there is no signal reaching the outlet. I checked the connections and measured them again today. There is no error detected. The Can Hi/lo arrives at the STG of the AHK.

In some instructions, I have read that the signals for the turn signals and lights can also function without adjustment. Is this the same for the Passat?

Are there any other people near Schwäbisch Gmünd who have VCDS?
