Connecting rod bearing with/without anti-rotation feature

Hello!

I'm currently in the process of rebuilding a smart motor. The pistons are already new, but now I'm working on the connecting rod bearings.

My old ones have the anti-rotation feature and the retaining clip.

The new ones from the accessories don't have that nose. Should I install them, or should I get the original ones?
