A friend of mine replaced the turbocharger in his Fabia because he had a fault code indicating a problem with the boost pressure control valve (P334B 00 [167]) – specifically, a mechanical error.
It might not have even been necessary, as the issue could potentially be resolved with a spacer and an update.
Anyway, he tried to adjust the boost pressure regulator. Unfortunately, it didn't work.
I tried it again myself: I deleted the learned values and performed the initial adaptation of the boost pressure sensor, but without success. As soon as you trigger a misfire event, the error code reappears in the memory.
