Hello, can anyone tell me how to properly adjust the half-value differential sensor on a VP37 injection pump from an ACV T4 using VCDS? Someone repaired it a while ago, and now I'm occasionally getting the error message "Target quantity upper - lower value outside tolerance" intermittently. I initially thought about the typical metal shavings that can accumulate in signaling systems, but everything was clean.

Hello,

It depends on what was done to the pump. If only the position of the fuel injection control unit has been adjusted, set the injection amount to approximately 4-5 mg/hour at idle with the engine at operating temperature (without any accessories running).

If the standard controller itself has been modified, read the values for the minimum and maximum travel limits from an identical motor and adjust the controller's own ESP (Electronic Stability Program) to match those values.

The power supply can only be adjusted in one direction: either to increase the voltage or to decrease it.
What values does MWB 19 provide when ignited?

You mean the lower value is 0.6 V, and the upper value is 4.36 V.
For the 1Z, both values would be at their maximum. Nothing could be achieved by adjusting it.
I need to think about this.

Yes, exactly. What happens if the value is incorrect? I can go down to 0.5 volts. I also have an ACV reading of 0.650 volts, which I just read.
