HEX-NET Firmware update Server not reachable

I have been trying to update my hex-net interface for three days without success. It always ends with the same error:
I have tried temporarily disabling the firewall, antivirus, and web protection. I also disconnected and reconnected the interface, but nothing worked. hex-net

Hello,

What's a bit irritating is that it only shows "HN" in the dropdown, without the interface number.

The update server is operated directly by Ross-Tech. Please contact them directly (Contact information in the menu on their website).

Hello again and thank you for the quick response.
I have obscured the number. I sent an email to ross-tech this morning, but I haven't heard back yet. I need the interface, actually I need it already. I probably need to downgrade the software in order to be able to use it at all.

Hi,
We had a problem in the spring with my HEX-V2 interface, which could only be upgraded with the very latest VCDS software. Since then, everything has been fine.
The connection to the server seemed somewhat "random". Perhaps it's similar for you. The application software itself is good.

According to Ross-Tech, there was a severe storm with damaged lines, etc.

The public connection there seems a bit risky to me. Fortunately, such situations do not exist here.

Update: Should now be working again.
