Hello.

Can someone tell me the pinout for VP37 pumps?

I know there are x different versions of it, with more or fewer pins.

Please write down what you know!

It would also be helpful to know which actors and sensors are involved.

As far as I know:

- Electric chock.
- PWM signal for proportional control valve.
- Quantity setting device position indicator.
- PWM signal for nozzle control.

Did I forget something?

Why do some pumps have 8 pins and others have 10? What do the two additional pins do?

As I mentioned, pin striping would be really great!

Okay, here's the translation:

Thank you.

Best regards,
Chris.

Sure, here's the translation:

'Just for understanding...'

Some pumps (models ending in 'A') have an 8-pin connector (with 7 pins used) and an additional 3-pin connector.

In the other pumps (models ending in 'B'), instead of the two connectors, a single 10-pin connector was installed.

Sure, here's the translation:

"Just another piece of information:"

8Pol == old (Golf3 era)
10-pin (new, starting with Golf 4) (although "new" is relative, as there are no new VAG pumps anymore).

... there was another T.

I don't know what the f*ck it was.

Hello.

"Thank you, that's already helpful."

Does anyone have any idea what the pinout looks like for a Golf 4, for example?

"Could someone possibly tell me what the voltage levels of the PWM signals from the injection control unit and the mass flow actuator are? Are they running at 12V or 5V...? And what is the frequency?"

Best regards,
Chris.
