I've read this from you a few times already.
Please re-ask (because of the underlying principle of the Mii).
Actually, it has been around since 2012, and the first eUP (electronic user permit) has been available since 2014.

Do I need anything to fully access my 2020 [device/model]?
Mii Electric: New diagnostic hardware, or is the existing one sufficient?
Possibly a type of "firmware update" or something similar?

Please provide information!

Thank you for the compliment! Unfortunately, there is no upgrade available for the MicroCAN. For newer vehicles, the following diagnostic hardware might be an option:
