I have an appointment with my doctor this week.
He's currently working with VW to obtain software or coding, etc.
Here, I also have to say that my friend is very open-minded.
He knows that I use VCDS. I don't hear any canned phrases from it, which is unfortunately not common. At least, in my experience.

Hello everyone,

Here's the solution to my problem.
The attempts to restore all the functions were unsuccessful. I will now rephrase Volkswagen's responses regarding my dealer in my own words.
"This is the wrong version, and there's nothing we can (want to) do about it."
What the dealer must be feeling when he has to tell me is something everyone can imagine for themselves.
For me, I have now obtained a Revision B version, and it is now working as it should.
