BLS: Nail Stability at Partial Load

Hello again


I noticed that my BLS engine was misfiring under partial load but not under full load. I then added a diesel system cleaner to the tank and drove the engine under high load for about 100 km. After that, the misfiring was almost gone.
Approximately 20,000 km later, the problem started to reappear, or rather, became more noticeable. I've now added another cleaning agent, and the knocking sound during partial load has decreased again.

Now, my concern: What can I do to check if everything is okay, and how?
I read something about "TimeChecker" in this forum, but I couldn't find a program with that name or a function with that name in the available programs or in the shop.

It seems like the engine is running at full capacity. The car currently drives between 1000 and 2000 km per week, often at a moderate RPM. I almost never let the engine run above 2500 RPM (110 km/h) to 3000 RPM (130 km/h).

There is no "time checker" for the PD (presumably referring to a specific component or system). The "Spritzbeginn" (injection start) is the point at which the injection process must be adjusted on the distributor injection pump.
