Hi,
We need the target values for the injection start control, i.e. Angle before/after OT and keying ratio.
From the thread /viewtopic.php?t=25067&start=16, I understand that a 100% duty cycle for the motor corresponds to the latest timing. It seems to me that 7° after TDC (Top Dead Center) is an extreme value, which makes me question the ESP (Electronic Stability Program) setting.

"I can rule out air bubbles. There's absolutely nothing visible in the transparent hose, and the rest of the seals and hoses are new. Besides, those wouldn't just disappear after 900 miles, would they? The pump is initially set to 2.0 bar before top dead center (BTDC) with a warm engine and 100% fuel delivery. I set it myself and have checked it multiple times." I could still try a needle valve governor.
Hi,
Actually, the start of the injection cannot be later than the default setting. Unless there's a major problem during the initial setup, such as a valve that's not fully opening or an incorrect setting for some reason.
Take a look at the link in my last post.

When the engine is cold, everything seems fine. But it gets worse as the temperature increases. And as I've said several times, above 900 RPM, the target and actual values are generally in sync. This is clearly visible in my video. When I disconnect the throttle position sensor, it throws an error, and the fixed injection start timing is 0.0 degrees. The engine's running behavior, however, does not change.
