The curves seem generally "subtle" to me.
Except for the air mass readings, which are often above the expected range -> Is there a problem with the EGR valve or is it sticking?

Have you already read "everything" about stuttering/jerky movements and how to fix them here?

Your box can't arrive that early, no matter how much it wants to.

So, the start of the injection should happen much earlier than it currently does.

Only when idling at the beginning does yours achieve -3.1 degrees; mine never does.

Solution: Adjust the pump settings to compensate for the late timing.

Effect: Possibly slower warm-up time and less "bite" (torque) in the lowest load range.

I doubt that it will significantly reduce the stuttering.

How can I identify and fix the cause of the stuttering/jerky movement?

I don't want to take the TDI to a workshop and pay a lot of money, only to end up with no successful result!
