'Me neither! I tried everything I could. And I'm not actually that clueless when it comes to cars, but I can't understand this behavior at all. When they called again, they asked when I would pick up the car, due to their opening hours. So I asked them how they imagined that working without the engine running - and now: it started perfectly fine, key in, turn, and it runs! I'm a bit at a loss and I really don't want to get stranded again at the next corner.'

Well, if everything really should have been perfect, then... icon_cool.gif

Otherwise, I can imagine a problem with the power supply to the STG (e.g., relay 109 or a broken cable), or a broken cable causing a loss of power to the shut-off valve.
nothing else! and that brings us back to the icon_cool.gif conducted tests!

Okay, I understand. I'll test it again, but maybe with a few more people involved... and once again, I thank you all for your helpfulness. icon_wink.gif

small addition: after everything was fine for three days, it's not starting again icon_evil.gif. I just got the error code from the last time it wouldn't start, and surprisingly:

Error text: 1268, quantity adjustment device.
signal error.
implausible signal - sporadic

According to the workshop, the possible cause is:

flow meter malfunction.
faulty regulator.
throttle valve defective.
Pump failure.
Control unit defective.

I would like to know if it's possible to control the signal box, and also the track selector and switch. I don't want to be told again that it starts up perfectly fine!
