I now have clear glass fog lights and clear turn signals on my Golf 3.

How can I protect them from theft?
I don't want anyone messing with my stuff.
(It's no problem, I can do it in a minute.)

...don't even install it in the first place...

Okay, seriously now:
You're probably going to have a hard time, because the turn signals are supposed to be easy to remove for bulb replacement, and unfortunately, that also gives you great access to the fog lights :-((((.

Hi,

I would say the same. Moving is the best option, or a garage.

Best regards, Rainer.

There is a garage available, but I can't take it with me everywhere. icon_eek.gif

I've now attached wires to the headlights and turn signals, and secured them with knots to the bracket in the engine compartment. Where you would normally insert a screwdriver, I've applied silicone. This way, I can remove it if necessary.

I used to drive a Fiat for 5 years and never had a broken light, so I hope my VW lasts just as long.

I was just thinking that maybe there might be some attachable covers for them.

Thank you for the good tips icon_lol.gif.
