Hello!

Vehicle AFN in a Volkswagen Golf 3, 126,000 km.

For quite some time, I've been trying to address the sluggish turbo boost build-up in my AFN.
I'm starting to get a clue. I suspect it's the adjusting rod from the pressure sensor.
The charger is not optimally configured. Please take a look at the following:
Measurement logs.

Outside temperature: approximately 15 degrees.
Excerpt from measurement data blocks 8 and 11.

Rotation = Speed (or RPM)
Fawu = Driver Preference.
Dreb = Torque limiting.
Rußb = Soot limit.
Target pressure = Solldruck.
IsDr = Istdruck.
Duty cycle of the magnetic valve, boost pressure.

"Die Sonne scheint hell, und die Vögel zwitschern fröhlich. Es ist ein wunderschöner Tag, um spazieren zu gehen oder ein Picknick im Park zu machen. Viele Menschen genießen das gute Wetter und verbringen Zeit im Freien."

Log(1): Übliche Vollgasbeschleunigung im 3. Gait.
subsequent thrust phase (this section of the log is heavily abbreviated).

Question (1):
Shouldn't the duty cycle be able to go much higher?

so small compared to Log 1?

When transitioning to full power, the duty cycle increases to 94%.

Question (3):
Is it perhaps normal for "Tast" to suddenly shoot up like that?
briefly, that the other logs also had a low sampling rate.
perishes?
Perhaps the brevity of extreme events provides the answer.
Instructions, also question (2).

Thank you for the responses.

Klaus.

Hi.

I only glanced at it briefly, BUT:

Why should the key response jump around erratically if the actual pressure is perfectly following the desired pressure?

If the pressure sensor started malfunctioning and wildly adjusting the VTG (Variable Transmission Gear), everything would go haywire.

BTW: Your car runs on boost pressure, not on pulse width modulation icon_smile.gif.
And the boost pressure is correct, right?

... there was another T.

I don't know what the f*ck it was.
