Hey, I did a quick test with VAG-COM today, and guess what, I got a Drehzahl signal. I was so excited, like a little kid.
Now I know that my Skoda has a sensor. However, I don't have a direct idea of how to extract the RPM signal from the limited connections of the OBD2 connector in a way that would allow me to add an aftermarket tachometer.
Before I get another scolding, I've searched and read, but I haven't found anything that directly helps me, or it failed because of my 'blindness' or my spelling.
Looking forward to your answers.
Okay, so you know what kind of car it is: a Skoda Felicia LX 1.9D, so it has an ABE engine, but it's an SDI.
And please, don't make fun of me just because I don't have a turbo; it's annoying enough as it is.
Best regards. BigB.
